Background

In 2017, Dr. Kiara Butler established Diversity Talks, a non-profit organization specializing in training high school students to facilitate anti-racism professional development for their teachers and administrators. Her experience in implementing anti-racism training within educational structures led her to expand her reach and create a space where she could make a more significant impact on addressing instances of racism and discrimination.

Unscripted Consult’s Anti-Racism Certification Program equips trainers with the knowledge, skills, and tools to lead effective anti-racism and DEI initiatives in their respective organizations and communities. It prioritizes leadership development and training to create workplace cultures that are free from oppressive societal standards and norms.

Dr. Butler's knowledge and experience in building Diversity Talks have enabled her to create a platform that empowers individuals to become effective anti-racism trainers and advocates. By sharing her insights through Unscripted Consult, she aims to establish a community of leaders committed to implementing anti-racism and DEI initiatives.
