Certification Requirements

There are several requirements trainers must meet in order to become certified and receive a digital credential.

  • Trainers must successfully complete one or more content specific modules with topics ranging from anti-racism, implicit bias, privilege, intersectionality, and more.

  • Trainers must demonstrate a deep understanding of anti-racism concepts and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.

  • Trainers must demonstrate strong facilitation skills, including the ability to create a brave and inclusive learning environment, manage group dynamics, and adapt to the needs of different learners.
