The report found that 29% of employees reported experiencing racial or ethnic discrimination at work, with Black and Hispanic employees reporting the highest rates of discrimination.

How Unscripted Consult is Building Capacity for Sustaining Anti-Racism Efforts

Organizations across the country struggle to address issues of racism and bias within their own structures, leading to negative impacts on workplace culture, productivity, and employee morale.

In 2022, Unscripted Consult was established as a response to the lack of organizational capacity in sustaining anti-racism and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. Back in 2017, I founded Diversity Talks, a non-profit organization that specializes in training high school students to facilitate anti-racism professional development for their teachers and administrators.

Through this experience, I witnessed firsthand the challenges organizations were facing when implementing DEI initiatives:
